How It Works

For Customers

1. Visit Book a Mech
2. Click the “Book a Mech” button on the main navigation menu
3. Complete the form by entering your full name, phone number, email address, location, vehicle make, and service needed, then click/tap “Start Booking” to book an auto service
4. You will get a booking confirmation message informing you that you are being matched with a mechanic

For Mechanics

1. Visit Join AutoFixNow
2. Click the “Join AutoFixNow” link or tab on the main navigation menu
3. Select “Individual Auto Mechanic“ or “Auto Garage“
4. Complete the form by entering your details, then click/tap “Get Started” to join AutoFixNow
5. If successful, you will get a message informing you that one of our representatives will contact you shortly about the next steps.
